Dr. Maria Menconi is a Director for AZ LEADS and a Leadership Coach for superintendents and principals throughout Arizona. Prior to choosing this focus for her work, Dr. Menconi spent many years teaching and as a principal, culminating her public school career as the Superintendent in both Kyrene Elementary School District and the Fountain Hills Unified School District.
