Each Risk Management in Education program title supports student achievement by:
Supporting School Improvement Programs (SIPs) and Comprehensive School Reform (CSR) initiatives intended to produce consistent year-over-year increases in student achievement
Targeting the actions and behaviors of the "front-line" personnel who are instrumental to the success of school or district risk management plans
Increasing "leadership capital" in frequently cited "problem areas" that many school leaders receive little or no meaningful training
Creating a context for peer collaboration and group problem solving around issues most often described as "pain points" by public school districts and charter organizations
Serving as the basis for a data-driven plan to effect institutional change around specific areas of risk
